How Our Provider Network Works
Request an estimate to begin
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent local provider. That is a real tree business in your part of the Yellow Springs area, not a call center and not Cannotextremely Tree Service staff. They run their own crews, set their own prices and stand behind their own work.
What Happens After You Reach Out
First, you send a request or request a callback to check provider availability. Next, a provider gets in touch to learn about your tree. They may ask for photos or suggest a visit to look at it in person. Then they share an estimate and explain how they would do the job.
You can speak with more than one provider. That is the point. Compare, then decide.
What to Ask a Provider
A few good questions make any conversation easier:
- What exactly will be done, and what is left for me to handle?
- Is cleanup and hauling away included in the price?
- Do you hold the license and insurance required in this area?
- How will you protect my roof, lawn, fence and underground lines?
- Does the season or recent weather change the timing or the price?
- Can I have the quote in writing?
If the job includes a stump, ask whether grinding is part of the quote or priced separately. For a fallen tree, ask how the provider will secure the area first.
You Are in Control
Nothing about a request locks you in. You can say no to any estimate. You can ask for more time. You can wait for a different provider or a calmer season if the tree is not a danger to people or property right now. If it is a danger, keep everyone clear and ask providers how quickly they can respond.
A good provider will not rush you or talk down to you. If someone does, you can simply move on to the next estimate.
